Veränderung der Stimmrechtsstruktur von Century Casinos, Inc.

Century Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ Capital Market® und Wiener Börse:
CNTY) gibt hiermit bekannt, dass das Unternehmen Kenntnis über
eine Veränderung seiner Aktionärsstruktur erlangte.

Century Casinos, Inc. teilt mit, dass infolge des Erwerbs von
stimmberechtigten Aktien an der Emittentin der von Janus Capital
Management LLC an der Emittentin gehaltene Anteil an Stimmrechten
den Schwellenwert von 10% unterschritten hat und nunmehr 9,75%
oder 2.332.219 Stimmen beträgt.

Century Casinos, Inc. verfügt über eine Gesamtzahl von
stimmberechtigten Aktien im Ausmaß von 23.911.000, welche die Basis
zur Berechnung der Schwellen gemäß §§ 91 ff. BörseG bilden.
